His career spans land acquisition, development planning, construction oversight, leasing, financing, refinancing, asset stabilization, and property disposition.

Throughout multiple economic cycles—including the Savings & Loan crisis and the 2008 financial downturn—Arthur Joseph Lipton has led projects requiring disciplined judgment and long-term strategic thinking. His experience includes Manhattan multifamily and commercial high-rise development, suburban land and subdivision projects, single-family construction, and industrial properties.

A highlight of his career was serving as a partner in the development and international marketing of the 740,000-square-foot International Gem Tower in Midtown Manhattan. In that role, he presented globally to industry leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States, helping position the project within the international diamond and jewelry trade.
